Day 1

Since I just came back from Seremban,
our home is full of dust, and lots of clothes needed to fold.
And here you go, all clean and its time for exercise time.

DAY 1

~ 30 mins cardio exercise at home
~ 3x 100 reps pumps (weight lift)
~ crunches before bed


MENU

breakfast~1 slice of butterscotch bread
lunch~half tin tuna with veggies
dinner~veggie with protein
